20,000 SF Addition
The new 20,000 SF long term care facility addition, located in Salisbury, North Carolina. The structure is metal studs with brick veneer and a metal truss roof system. The facility includes residence, a family room, meditation room, and game rooms. Our project team performed a renovation of 43,709 SF to three (3) floors of the existing facility. This phased renovation occurred while the facility was occupied. The scope of work included renovations to the offices and a new atrium area with restaurants, markets, recreation area, and theater for the residents.
