Sometimes referred to as a "Negotiated General Contract", A CM @ Risk approach allows the Owner to select a Contractor at the beginning of the process or as the design is underway. The major advantage is the ability for the Contractor to provide Preconstruction Services - thorough analysis of the costs and constructability of the design.

We offer continuous feedback to assist the Owner in the numerous decisions needed to result in a well designed facility, and to provide the optimum construction for the available budget. Our early involvement and evaluation of costs and constructability issues can greatly enhance the ability of the architect to design a facility that meets the aesthetics envisioned by the client, yet can be built within a realistic budget and schedule. As designs near completion, a Guaranteed Maximum Price can be established to limit the Owner's risk.
