Jason W. Morgan

Title: Senior Estimator

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from University of North Carolina-Charlotte and has over 16 years of construction management and engineering experience. He has held positions as Office Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, and currently Senior Estimator. His ability to visualize a building from the plans enables him to complete a detailed estimate. He has worked on many types of projects including Industrial, Institutional, Church, Commercial, and Manufacturing. He has been apart of the group that formed the New Atlantic Contracting team since 1993. He spearheads our estimating and preconstruction services and is involved in every project.

Jay also spearheads our HUB Outreach and is a Member of the NC United Minority Contractors Association.
