Mark has over 37 years of project design, estimating, and project management experience. He actually started his career in Architecture transitioning to Project Management and Estimating. His vision and experience in these areas of the industry make him an expert in preconstruction, value engineering and estimating services. He has worked with members of the New Atlantic Contracting team since 1997 and compliments our team with his thoroughness and attention to detail. He has supervised, as well as prepared, conceptual, preliminary budget and lump sum hard bid estimates on projects ranging in size up to $40 Million. His expertise lies in Educational, Research and Laboratory, Medical, Light Industrial and Office building projects.
