We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who grasps new concepts easily and performs tasks with accuracy and timeliness. This person must have excellent multi-tasking skills as they will be required to perform project administration for multiple projects, working with both internal and external team members.
The duties and responsibilities include setting up projects in Procore Management Software, processing submittals and requests for information, assisting the Project Manager with the preparation of progress reports and meeting minutes, and preparing project close-out documentation for acceptance. Additionally, the role involves setting up subcontracts and purchase orders, updating drawings throughout the project to ensure end users have the most current information, processing documents through SignNow Software for signature, reconciling various vendor statements, processing daily mail and internal outgoing shipments, answering and directing incoming calls, and supporting all departments as needed.
The ideal candidate should be dependable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Previous experience in the construction industry, as well as experience with Procore and Bluebeam/Studio, is preferred.
