New Atlantic is pleased to announce the arrival of our 2026 construction internship program class. This year we welcome five students representing Appalachian State University, NC A&T State University, and NC State University.
Adam Branch, Taylor Hardman, Britton Warren, Hunter Hedrick, and Isaac Vasquez will spend the summer gaining hands-on experience across our operations and preconstruction teams. Working alongside New Atlantic staff on active projects, each intern will develop a real-world understanding of the construction process from the ground up.
Our construction internship program is built around meaningful work. Interns are placed on active job sites and embedded within project teams, giving them direct exposure to the day-to-day processes that drive our work. Through department interviews, project site visits, and ongoing mentorship, participants leave with a strong foundation and a clear picture of what a career in construction looks like.
