Caleb Knott's Path to Foreman
Caleb joined New Atlantic in September 2023. Since then, he has built a strong track record across some of our most active job sites. He served on the ATDM project through both phase 1 and phase 2. He also contributed to the Wake County Public School System Fuquay-Varina Elementary School project across phases 1 and 2. On each assignment, he took on more responsibility and delivered dependable results.
Caleb is now assigned to the Wake County Public School System Lockhart Elementary School project. There, he is contributing greatly and making a big impact on the team. His hands-on approach and steady presence in the field have made him a trusted member of every crew he has worked with.
What Earned Caleb the Promotion to Foreman
Caleb has made increasingly greater contributions on each of these projects. He has demonstrated strong leadership, sharp technical skill, and a firm commitment to quality and teamwork. He leads by example and holds himself to a high standard, which sets the tone for those around him.
The Foreman role calls for someone who can coordinate crews, keep work on schedule, and maintain quality in the field day after day. Caleb has shown he is ready for that challenge. As he steps into this new role, we look forward to his continued growth and the positive impact he will bring to New Atlantic and our project teams.
