POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly self-motivated person that grasps new concepts easily and is able to perform tasks with accuracy and timeliness. This person must have excellent multi-tasking skills as they will be required to perform project administration for multiple projects, working with both internal and external team members.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Project setup in Procore (project management software)
- Processing submittals and requests for information (RFIs)
- Assisting the Project Manager on an as-needed basis
- Preparing project closeout by obtaining and processing documentation for acceptance (warranties, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings)
- Setting up subcontracts and purchase orders in Procore
- Updating drawings throughout the project to ensure end users have the most up-to-date information during construction
- Supporting all areas of construction contract administration as needed

Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction industry required (preferably 2–3 years)
- Procore experience required (preferably 2–3 years)
- Bluebeam/Studio experience preferred
- Dependable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
