POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly self-motivated person that grasps new concepts easily and is able to perform tasks with accuracy and timeliness. This person must have excellent multi-tasking skills as they will be required to perform project administration for multiple projects, working with both internal and external team members.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and transferring incoming calls
  • Project setup in Procore (project management software)
  • Processing submittals and requests for information (RFIs)
  • Assisting the Project Manager on an as-needed basis
  • Preparing project closeout by obtaining and processing documentation for acceptance (warranties, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings)
  • Setting up subcontracts and purchase orders in Procore
  • Updating drawings throughout the project to ensure end users have the most up-to-date information during construction
  • Supporting all areas of construction contract administration as needed
  • Requirements

    • Previous experience in the construction industry required (preferably 2–3 years)
    • Procore experience required (preferably 2–3 years)
    • Bluebeam/Studio experience preferred
    • Dependable
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
