To achieve this success, we use a combination of proprietary historical costs along with current conditions of the local market providing the confidence in cost control and value analysis during the preconstruction process; this ensures that the entire team is on target throughout the design phase.
New Atlantic’s commitment is to provide the client with detailed estimates that include in-depth views of cost breakdowns as the design progresses. To minimize issues with construction, we make the constructability review a key component of the process; this has been acquired with our vast experience in complex projects.
To maintain our success, we implement the latest technologies that will bring value to a project. We use these technologies to compile a precise project scope; New Atlantic unites traditional 2D takeoff with a 3D earthwork analysis and Building Information Modeling extractions.
We believe that subcontractor relationships provide tremendous value to the team. Without these relationships New Atlantic would not be successful. Our goal is to consistently exceed expectations in regards to the number of bidder’s on a project and minority and small business participation that drive competitive pricing and a successful project.
