New Atlantic performed a 7,500 SF renovation and 7,500 SF addition to the existing utility plant.
The facility houses 2-5.5 mw combustion turbine generators, 2-50,000 pph heat recovery steam generators, 2 fuel gas compressors, a 2,000 ton chiller, a 2,000 ton cooling tower, and medium voltage (5KV) variable frequency drives.
Included installation of temporary chilled water equipment to make up to 1,500 tons of chilled water during the cooling season.
Required “early equipment packages” to begin procurement activities for critical pieces of equipment.
