New Atlantic performed a 13,800 SF renovation to the existing steam plant.
Total of 300,000 pph steam generation including 2-100,000 pph new boilers, and a refurbished 100,000 pph boiler.
Work included demolition of 2-50,000 pph boilers, structural modifications, and a facade restoration.
Advanced project budgeting and forecasting was needed to assist in making critical early design decisions.
This project received a U.S.G.B.C. LEED Silver certification.
