New Atlantic + SCS, an Association Partnership, completed a comprehensive renovation of Levels 3 and 4 within Broughton Hall at North Carolina State University to create swing space for the chemistry department. The project also included support areas on the first floor for chemical storage and mechanical infrastructure.

Originally constructed in the 1940s and 1950s, the facility was transformed into a modern laboratory environment featuring 48 fume hoods, a new air handling unit (AHU), and a heat recovery system tailored to advanced research needs
