New Atlantic performed a renovation to this historic, 1900s building that has served many facets for students on campus.

The construction of a new state-of-the-art catwalk system in the main theater, reconfiguration of rehearsal and classroom spaces, an addition to the gallery exhibition space in the main lobby, and installed high-end visual equipment.

Enhanced acoustical treatments and structural improvements were made to allow multiple performances and activities to occur simultaneously.

The facade restoration included brick, limestone, and granite finishes, installation of a new glass front canopy system to allow for more accessibility and to offer a grand appeal, and to once again fill the facility with natural light the palladian windows were restored.
