New Atlantic originally performed Phase 1 that included new chillers, distribution pumping, and cooling towers and was the successful bidder on this phase to expand the boiler wing.
Work consisted of installing a new 2,000 ton chiller, 9,000 gpm cooling tower with concrete basin, 38,000 gallon No. 6 fuel oil tank farm, and 80,000 lb/phr water tube boiler.
