Raleigh, NC: We are thrilled to announce the New Atlantic CM at Risk project. This initiative includes the construction of a cutting-edge 6,770 SF Chiller Plant featuring a 2-story steel-framed building with glass curtainwall and metal panels. It will house (3) 1,500-ton chillers, with space for future expansion, and new cooling towers.

Winston-Salem, NC: New Atlantic selected as the General Contractor for the Smith Sinnett designed North Carolina National Guard McLeansville Regional Readiness Center and Field Maintenance Shop.

The project spans 65 acres and comprises various buildings including a 75,000 square foot Readiness Center, and additional support structures.
