Winston-Salem, NC: New Atlantic selected as the General Contractor for the Smith Sinnett designed North Carolina National Guard McLeansville Regional Readiness Center and Field Maintenance Shop.
The project spans 65 acres and comprises various buildings including a 75,000 square foot Readiness Center, and additional support structures. This development aims to centralize multiple armories of the NCNG and their associated units from different parts of the state into a single campus, creating a focal point for meeting the needs of the surrounding areas. The building offers diverse facilities such as offices, classrooms, an assembly hall, a kitchen, physical fitness areas, locker rooms, and unit storage spaces.
