Raleigh, NC: We are thrilled to announce the New Atlantic CM at Risk project. This initiative includes the construction of a cutting-edge 6,770 SF Chiller Plant featuring a 2-story steel-framed building with glass curtainwall and metal panels. It will house (3) 1,500-ton chillers, with space for future expansion, and new cooling towers. Additionally, we'll be implementing early-enabling chilled water utilities, utility work, and the demolition of an existing chiller plant. In the second phase, we'll breathe new life into a vacant 6,923 SF Boiler Plant, featuring a new 25,000 PPH boiler. These energy plants will serve the heating and cooling needs of downtown Raleigh buildings through underground piping and tunnels, covering a total area of 13,693 SF.
