In 2019, New Atlantic was awarded the Harmony at Brookberry Farm–a 210,000 SF building with independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The project consists of one building separated into two main sections. The independent living section is a four-story, wood-framed, apartment-style facility, while the assisted living and memory care section is a metal-framed, three-story facility. In March 2021, the construction completed and is fully operational.
