New Atlantic was selected along with Freeman Kennett Architects to construct a new 19,030 SF state-of-the-art showroom for Christopher Guy, an award-winning designer of luxury furniture. The 2-story, structural steel building is enveloped with EIFS and glass tile veneer in the front and rear entrances. Large windows in the front allow guests to have a nice view of the reflecting pool. An entertainment area and motor court are in the back area.
