City of Charlotte

The old Greensboro Southern Railway Depot Station, originally built in 1927, was converted into a state-of-the-art transportation HUB for the City of Greensboro.

New Atlantic Contracting, Inc. is currently working with STV/Ralph Whitehead Associates, Inc., and Neighboring Concepts to construct a 6-story, 524,755 SF, 1,500 space parking garage with 13,000 SF of street-level retail space.

The pre-cast structure is accented with brick and glass featuring light-filled curtain walls on the stair towers.
