Eli Bullington's Path to Assistant Project Manager
After graduating from Virginia Tech, Eli joined New Atlantic in May 2023 as a Project Engineer. He quickly began contributing to the success of several important projects. His early work included JT Williams, Carroll County High School, and the Yadkin Government Center. On each of these projects, he took on more responsibility and delivered dependable results.
Eli is currently helping lead our efforts on the Sky Bridge and East Union Middle School projects. Since joining us, he has continued to expand his responsibilities and has demonstrated strong growth as a construction professional.
Leading on the Sky Bridge Project
On the Sky Bridge project, Eli has taken on a leading role. He runs OAC meetings, administers change management, and prepares status reports. He also supports much of the day-to-day project management work that keeps the job moving. This hands-on experience has prepared him well for his new role.
Eli has always made a positive impact on every team he has been a part of. He is well respected by project owners, designers, and subcontractors alike. His initiative, his commitment, and his willingness to take on new challenges have positioned him well for this important next step in his career.
