McLeansville, NC: New Atlantic proudly presents our latest venture – the North Carolina National Guard McLeansville Field Maintenance Shop. Partnering with Smith Sinnett Architecture, we are set to construct a 26,373 square foot facility in McLeansville, NC. The project encompasses an administrative area with offices, classrooms, and vehicle maintenance bays, including pull-thru service bays, battery storage, and more. Committed to excellence, the building pursues LEED Silver certification, incorporating features like masonry brick veneer, steel framing, and a VRF system.
